I took my real estate courses a little over a year ago and I didn’t absorb or remember much of what I learned / or didn’t learn in class. I tried going to some in person 2 day crash course workshop last year when I thought I was ready to take my exam but after leaving the crash course I felt lost and confused and not comfortable enough to take the exam. I finally scheduled my exam and waited last minute to actually search for a good crash course. I couldn’t be happier that I found California School of Real Estate! Once I received and watched the video I only had two days until my exam. I watched the video in one very long session and the next day I literally reviewed your text book and took all prep exams listed in the exam book. I focused on the questions I got wrong and read in the answer section why I got them wrong and reviewed those sections the day of the exam. I listened to the lighting review CD on my drive to the exam and went into the exam actually feeling calm and positive. There were many negative people in line complaining they failed the exam 3+ times and I asked one person if they took this crash course and they stated no they went with the original in person 2 day crash course I went to in the past and they failed the exam numerous times. I tried not to let this negativity in line bring me down and I felt more comfortable finding out all the people complaining about failing hadn’t taken your course and I had! While after taking the exam I was instructed to review my score once I left the building. However, I couldn’t resist looking at the score while waiting for the elevator. The first thing I see is CONGRATULATIONS! and I was so ecstatic finding out that I passed the exam. I’m so glad that I made a smart small investment into this program. Thank you!
